Human touch in advertising is brands saying "I am not a robot, I really care about you!" This approach reminds us that in a world where technology is advancing at the speed of light, humans have emotions and emotional connection is essential. In other words, it means "I am trying to sell you something, but at least I will do it in a sympathetic way."

 

Human Touch: The Ocean Unreachable by Robots

 

No matter how smart chatbots are, they cannot say "Hmm, I'm sorry" to a customer who says "This issue was very important to me." Human touch comes in and uses the power of saying "Ah, I understand you very well!" Human touch sends a message to the customer that "You are not just a number, you are a star." The customer service representative creates an atmosphere of "I am adding you to our VIP list, which means there is only you on the list."

 

We can think of human touch as a storytelling. For example, it is boring for a detergent brand to only talk about removing stains. But saying that the detergent is the "hero that allows children to roll in the grass" touches emotions. And of course, let's not forget the screams of the mothers while the children are rolling in the grass! ????

For a brand to use artificial intelligence and maintain human touch is to combine two opposite poles like "being both technological and humane." Imagine, artificial intelligence tells you "You can buy this product with 70% discount" but a human winks at you saying "You are very lucky to catch that discount!" That's the difference! In the end, in advertising, human touch is brands saying "I am not just an algorithm, I really love you!" It is an indispensable weapon for brands that want to benefit from technology and make customers smile.
